Managed all details of new product development. Sourced printing mills, weaving mills and yarn manufacturers. Product categories include: placemats, floor mats, bags, laptop sleeves, car mats and boating mats.

Managed all details of new product design, development and manufacturing for seasonal collections ranging from 15 to 150 SKUs per season, with PO’s quantities ranging from 500 to 10,000 pcs. per SKU. Product categories include: backpacks, hardshell luggage, women’s accessories, men’s outerwear and apparel, sporting equipment, toys and packaging.
•Sketched, 3D modeled and designed tech packs for all new development.
•Managed a small team of illustrators, reviewed their tech packs and enforced deadlines.
•Ensured all branding and testing requirements were met for licensed products.
•Established sampling strategies between the key manufacturers.
•Built trusting relationships with the key manufacturers through daily communication and factory visits.
•Traveled internationally multiple times a year to source suppliers and work face to face with manufactures to troubleshoot new development, negotiate costs and lead times, oversee production and enforce QC.
